Vinyl polymer based flexible building sealant for roofs and facades. Usable in all seasons, with the working temperature of -10 °C to +30 °C. For sealing and repairs of attic window flanges, chimneys, roofing, applying roofing membranes and films, and quick repairs of leaks in roofs and gutters even during rain. Seals even submerged surfaces. UV and mould resistant. Excellent adhesion to many building materials. Compatible with bitumen and roofing membranes.
The surfaces must be clean and free from grease. Cut off the end of the cartridge and screw the nozzle supplied with it. Insert the cartridge into the caulking gun and fill the nozzle with sealant by pulling the gun trigger several times. The film is formed in 10-20 minutes. A seam 0.5–1 mm thick hardens within 24 hours. Application temperature from -10 ° C to +30 ° C. Temperature resistance after curing of the joint after curing from -20 ° C to +90 ° C.
