FOME FLEX SEALANT KAUCHUK – elastic synthetic rubber based brown construction sealant used for sealing roofs and facades. Can be used for sealing and repairing attic window flanges, chimneys, roofing, gluing of roofing film and membrane, and quick repair of leaks in roofs and gutters, even in the rain. Seals even wet surfaces. Resistant to UV rays and mold. Has excellent adhesion to many building materials. Compatible with bitumen and roofing films. Other colors: transparent, black, red, grey, anthracite.
Users manual – surfaces must be clean, free of grease residues. Cut off the end of the cartridge tip and screw the nozzle included in the kit onto it. Insert the cartridge into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with sealant by squeezing the trigger of the gun several times. The film forms in 5-15 minutes. Curing time 24 hours for 0,5-1 mm. depth joint. Working temperature from -10 °С to +30 °С. Temperature resistance of the seam from -20 ° С to +90 ° С.

Store upright in a dry place at a temperature between +0 °C and +25 °C. Shelf life – 24 months from the date of manufacture, in accordance with the storage regulations. Protect canisters from direct sunlight and heat above 50 ° C. Product can be transported at low temperatures up to -30 °C for up to 4 weeks, before using the product should be conditioned for 24 hours at +23 °C. Precautions should be taken when the product after thawing out is frosted again – it is resistant to 5 cycles of freezing/thawing out.
