For use in areas where foams are subject to increased fire resistance requirements. Excellent adhesion to many building materials such as concrete, gas silicate, wood, metal, glass and aluminum. Free-extraction yield 47 liters. Secondary expansion 50%. Thermal resistance 0.040 W/(m*K). Thermal resistance after curing –40°C…+80°C. Cutting time 20 min. Full curing time 12 hours. FOME FLEX FIRE BLOCK fire resistant mounting foam
Fire-resistant gun installation foam. Joint filling between solid mineral and metallic building materials where the foam is subject to higher fire resistance requirements.

Clean and moisten the work surface thoroughly. Shake the tube vigorously, screw on the gun. Invert the tube with the valve downwards. Rotate the valve at the end of the gun handle to adjust the flow rate of the mounting foam. Fill the cavity with foam. If the foam is used at low temperatures, warm the tube up to + 18 °C by placing it in warm water or a warm room. Residues of uncured foam are best cleaned with Foam Cleaner Fome Flex. Remove dried foam mechanically.
