Main applications: installation of insulation and cladding panels of all sizes, bricklaying, installation of decorative elements, bonding of steps, skirting boards, window sills, etc. Excellent adhesion to many building materials: polystyrene insulation boards (NEOPOR, EPS, XPS), polyurethane boards (PIR), phenolic foam boards (PF), wood, concrete, masonry blocks, ceramic and stoneware tiles, metal, plaster, OSB, aluminium and others.
The foam has an extra fast and strong initial adhesion, and can be applied after 60 seconds. Only 1-2 min of holding time required depending on the weight and size of the bonded elements. Curing time only 15 min, cutting time only 10 min.FOME FLEX 60 SECONDS FAST FIX greatly speeds up and facilitates the work of finishers and builders.
Foam adhesive yield: 95 m per every 3 cm seam width, allowing for the bonding of up to 14 m2 of any insulation or cladding element and reduction of transport costs compared to adhesive mixtures. Tensile strength (bonding force) – 18 kg/cm2.
This product complies with the requirements of the Emicode EC1 Plus certificates and is therefore completely harmless to human health.

Shake the tube vigorously, screw on the gun. Clean and moisten the work surface thoroughly. Wetting is important as it accelerates curing. Invert the tube with the valve downwards. Rotate the valve at the end of the gun handle to adjust the flow rate of the mounting foam. Spray the adhesive seam 3 cm from the surface to be bonded. After spraying, wait 1 min. and press the adhesive material against the surface. Hold for 1-2 minutes depending on weight. Correction time: 2 min. Use at least 10% of the surface for large panels. After just 10 minutes the polyurethane adhesive will have the correct mechanical strength and the work can be continued. Ambient temperature for use +5 ℃ to +35 ℃. If the foam is used at low temperatures, warm up tube to +18 °C in warm water or a warm room. Residues of uncured foam are best cleaned with Foam Cleaner Fome Flex. Remove dried foam mechanically.

Store upright in a dry place at +5°C to +25°C. Shelf life 18 months from the date of manufacture, subject to storage conditions. Do not expose tubes to direct sunlight or heat above 50°C. Quantity per box 12 pcs. Quantity per pallet 840 pcs. Transportation temperature -5°C to +25℃.
