Synthetic rubber adhesives for finishing and construction work. Commonly used for gluing all types of mirrors to various surfaces used in construction. Resistant to moisture and cold after hardening. Tensile strength (adhesion force) – 23 kg. / cm2. The yield of one vial is about 10 m. seam.
Users manual – All surfaces must be free of dust, clean, free of grease and oil. Cut off the end of the cartridge tip and screw the nozzle provided with it. Insert the cartridge into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with glue by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. Squeeze the glue on one of the surfaces to be glued with strips 5 cm. apart. Press the surfaces to be glued together. If the mirrors to be fitted are larger than 0,15 m2, the mirror should be protected by supporting elements which prevent the mirror from moving. Operating temperature from + 15°C to + 30°C. Residues of uncured glue can be wiped off with a cloth, hardened – mechanically. The film forms in 10 minutes. Correction time 10-20 min. Fully hardens within 72 hours. Suitable for indoor work. Temperature resistance after hardening -20°C … +60°C.
Store upright in a dry place at a temperature of + 5°C to + 25°C. Shelf life – 18 months from the date of manufacture, in accordance with the storage rules. Quantity in the box – 12 pcs. Quantity on the pallet – 1728 pcs. The weight of one vial is 0.399 kg. Transport temperature -15°C to – +35°C.
