FOME FLEX Zero Pressure Windows & Doors Elastic Foam is a PU mounting foam with zero expansion pressure, extra elasticity, designed for professional sealing of windows and doors. Permanent elasticity and low thermal conductivity ensure durability and excellent thermal insulation. The joint has up to 33% movement capacity, making the product perfect for moving structures. FOME FLEX Zero Pressure has extremely low secondary expansion without exerting pressure on the window and door frames. The foam polymerizes very quickly, allowing excess foam to be cut off after only 20 minutes without damaging the foam structure or impairing the seam’s properties. This significantly speeds up and simplifies the work of the construction master.
Areas of application
- Sealing of windows and doors;
- Thermal insulation;
- Filling of cracks, gaps, cavities, and joints;
- Pipe insulation;
- Sealing of roof, wall, and floor joints.
Clean and moisten the working surface thoroughly. Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before use. Hold the can upside down during application. Adjust the foam flow using the valve at the back of the gun handle. Fill cavities up to 70% of their volume to allow for expansion. Application temperature is from -5 ° C to +35 ° C. If applying at low temperatures, warm the can to +18°C by placing it in warm water or a heated environment.
Fresh foam can be cleaned with FOME FLEX Foam Cleaner, while cured foam must be removed mechanically or with FOME FLEX Hardened PU Foam Remover.
Optimal canister’s temperature +20 °C.
Store and transport canisters vertically. Transportation temperature: -5°C to +30°C.
Store upright in a dry place at +5 ° C to +25 ° C. The Expiry date is 18 months from the date of manufacture, subject to storage regulations. Protect canisters from direct sunlight and heat above 50 ° C.
