POINT 96 Montage Glue is a crystal-clear universal mounting adhesive based on synthetic rubber designed for fast initial adhesion and reliable bonding of a wide range of building materials. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications as it provides a permanently elastic joint with high resistance to temperature fluctuations and structural movement.

The small 80 ml tube is mostly recommended for smaller tasks or finishing works, where the cartridge quantity is not needed.

Initial adhesion develops in approximately 10-15 minutes and that allows to correct positions of the bonded elements with precision. Full curing takes 3 to 5 days. After curing the adhesive forms a strong, crystal-clear joint with an adhesion force of up to 23 kg/cm2. One cartridge provides about 10 meters of seam at a consumption of 150-300 g/m2. After curing, the adhesive is waterproof and resistant to low temperatures, making it suitable for outdoor applications.

POINT 96 Montage Glue mounting adhesive is not suitable for use with polystyrene and other materials sensitive to thinners.

Areas of application:

  • Bonding of rigid PVC and wood panels and boards;
  • Bonding of skirting boards, door edgings, mailboxes;
  • Bonding of thermal insulation and sound insulation materials, except polystyrene;
  • Bonding of rosettes and polyurethane cornices;
  • Mounting decorative and finishing elements where a transparent joint is required.

POINT 96 Montage Glue combines the strong adhesion of synthetic rubber technology with the elasticity needed to compensate movement when bonding larger elements during construction and renovation. The crystal-clear joint and resistance to weather conditions provide a reliable bond for indoor and outdoor applications where a strong bonding and aesthetic finish are important.

All surfaces must be free of dust, clean, free of grease and oil.

Squeeze the glue on one of the surfaces to be glued with strips or dots. Press the surfaces to be glued together and separate again for 3-5 minutes. Then reconnect by pressing firmly. During first 2-3 minutes a small correction is possible without separating the details.

Application temperature from +10 °C to +30 °C. Residues of uncured glue can be wiped off with a cloth, hardened – mechanically.

The film forms in 10-15 minutes.

Fully hardens within 48-72 hours.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor work. Temperature resistance after hardening -20 °C … +60 °C.

Store upright in a dry place at a temperature of + 5°C to + 25°C. Shelf life – 18 months from the date of manufacture, in accordance with the storage rules. Quantity in the box – 12 pcs. Quantity on the pallet – 1728 pcs. Transport temperature – 15°C to +35°C.
