The compound can be used for light, medium and heavy waterproofing on various surfaces and fixing PS and EXP boards. Because of its thixotropic qualities the coating does not flow from vertical surfaces and can be applied on uneven and rough surfaces with various slopes. It contains no solvents. After curing the coating is very tight and flexible – can absorb base material cracks of up to 5 mm. Can be used indoors and outdoors. Suitable for waterproofing under floor pavements on terraces, balconies, also foundations, basement floors, garages.
Application:
– is designed for the application of thick-layer, jointless waterproofing coatings of medium and heavy-duty type, on vertical and horizontal surfaces of concrete elements, including those loaded with pressurized water, as well as for bonding drainage and protective boards, including thermal insulation, to asphalt insulations
– gluing polystyrene and extrude boards to concrete, masonry walls
– hydrophobic insulations of underground parts of the building (e.g. foundations) – of light, medium and heavy waterproof types
– hydrophobic insulations under floor pavements on terraces, balconies
– waterproofing underfloor insulation of terraces, balconies
Prior to application, read safety instruction presented in MSDS.
The surface should be clean and even, dry, and free of grease and other particles reducing adhesion, also without build-ups and mechanical damage. Prime the surface with Rapid Hydro Defence Primer. Coating should be applied to the surface with a putty knife or spatula. Mix well before use. The works should be performed in good weather, at the ambient temperature and the surface temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C. Fresh works should be protected against rain and frost.
Fixing polistyrene boards
Apply the compound with dots or strips on the side of the heat-insulating panels to be fixed. Wait about 10 min. and press against the surface. It is not suitable for gluing large surfaces of two non-absorbent materials.
Consumption for Polystyrene spot gluing should be around 0.8–2 kg/m².
Waterproofing of foundations
Apply 2 layers of coating for light waterproofing, 3 layers for medium waterproofing and 4 layers for heavy waterproofing. The thickness of each coat should be minimum 1,5 mm.
Clean tools with water, if dried – with a organic solvent.

Product is packaged in 18 kg and 9 kg pails. Store up to 18 months in original sealed packaging at +5 °C to +30 °C. Protect from frost and avoid temperatures above 35 °C and direct sunlight. Store and transport at a temperature of not less than 5 °C. Quantity per pallet – 44 pcs.
